A). MAGNETIZED BURGANIZER BLOCK:

Features & Technical Specifications:

• Samarium Cobalt Cylinder Magnets (Rare Earth) installed and sealed within the Burganizer blocks
• The magnetized Burganizer blocks come with the magnets already installed and two pins on the edges for the optional protective top
• These magnets offer a balance of strength and temperature resistance
• Can be used in applications and processes with direct contact with water
• Has the ability to withstand and be utilized at high temperatures
• Resistance to demagnification at temperatures as high as 350 degrees F
• Strong and compact size magnets resist corrosion and rust
• Max. pull strength = 1.52 lbs – magnets release at a pre-determined pull force
• These the vital strength of these magnets enable tools, burs, and bits to be regularly pulled apart and reinstalled
• Best Use – For securely holding tools for transport and processes
• Min. Temperature range is – 40 degrees F

B). BURGANIZER BLOCK PROTECTIVE TOP:

Features & Technical Specifications:

• Aluminum top with a  machined finish and electrolysis nickel plating
• Snaps on and is easily removed from preinstalled pins on the Burganizer block edges
• Pivots to cover and protect tools for transport and processes
• Has a locking pin to hold in place when rotated to the upward position
• Maintains a clearance over tools while in rotation, yet when covered it prevents the tools from falling out of their placement holes
• The pivoting top also helps prevent sharp tools from snagging bags used in the autoclave process or accidental injury from tools
• The top can also be used as a handle to carry the Burganizer blocks
• Displays the Burganizer name and logo on the very top surface
